I contacted this business and scheduled an appointment for my boat. I had to take off work early to ensure I was able to make the appointment. After a half hour past my appointment time, I contacted Nor cal. They told me that it had slipped their mind because they were busy and said they would send someone right out. This was around 430pm. They asked for some additional information about the engine. I rescheduled an appontment I had for 6pm to wait for their arrival. Two hours later they still had not shown up. I tried calling the next day, but my calls went unanswered. Not only did I have to leave work early , but I also cancelled another appointment for them and they missed both appointments and never called. If I could give them a minus rating, I would gladly do that. I will tell everyone I know to not use this organization..
