My services at Images were absolutely terrible. I asked for a trim and long layers, and instead I got short chunky "layers." And by layers I mean huge chunks of my hair that were shorter and uneven. The stylist, TAMMY did not know what she was doing whatsoever. My dog could do a better job. The cut and style was completely unprofessional. She did not even use a round brush she just flipped it over and dried it! She then sprayed a bunch of oily stuff in my hair so when I left, I looked like I hadn't washed my hair in days! My hair looked better walking in then walking out. When I called to complain, they told me someone would call me back. They then called me back and said no one would be able to look at it until tomorrow. What a hack job. I then became very upset that they weren't willing to fix their error and they said that it was because I had a "warning" on my file. Because I had told the woman cutting my hair that I had a coloring problem in the past. Its like they were accusing me of PRETENDING to hate my hair to have them mess it up again for free!Absolutely ridiculous!! I would let a golden retriever cut my hair before I let another one of those inept "stylists" cut my hair ever again. They even threatened to call the police on me for complaining about my services!!!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LET THEM TOUCH YOUR HAIR. I gave them a one star rating because city search made me give them at least one, but if it were up to me I would give them negative stars. Horrible customer service (rude) and amateur hair services.
