Dear Ms. Curtis, I wanted to thank you for the prompt attention you gave to my sciatic spasm on August 2, 2005. Over the years, when I have experienced the sciatic pain, the other therapies and modalities have been relatively ineffective. Your ability to release the spasm pain was very impressive and I wanted to take the time out to personally thank you and compliment you on your skills and understanding of the problem. As a physician, I am in contact with patients who may need your services and will be happy to make referrals. I have also spoken with several orthopedic colleagues at this morning's hospital breakfast, indicating how valuable a resource you would appear to be for patients that they too encounter. Thank you again for your services. Sincerely, Roger B. Seymann, M.D.
