Review content:
Went there for Father's Day! The wait staff was very efficient and kept us well supplied with drinks and appetizers. The meat was very good, but we were sitting away from the kitchen and when the gauchos brought meat out they hit the tables right by the kitchen first and the meat was gone before they got to us. We ended up getting a lot of selections that the first tables didn't want. Even though they provided a decent variety, we didn't feel like we got the full experience. What we did get was very good though. We would have also liked steak knives, but they didn't provide any. It is a good restaurant and it is a little less expensive than Fogo. That being said, I will probably pay a little bit more and get the superior dining experience at Fogo next time. For those reviews who said Salina's blows Fogo away I simply can't understand that. The food quality is similar, but it isn't any better. The difference is variety and efficiency. Fogo is definitely better in both those categories.
Pros: Quality of Meat was good and so were the desserts.
Cons: Not enough variety and no steak knives provided.
