Let me start by saying I've been going to Spaghetti Establishment since 1991.I went back on June 22nd for the first time in about a year and what a disappointment.First of all...I couldnt have a beer because they dont serve any liquor anymore.Then I ordered the Chicken Fettucini and they bring a starter salad with no tomatos,crutons..nothing...just lettuce.I ordered it with no dressing but in the past they have at least tried to dress up their side salad a little...this was just lettuce.Then the main course arrived.The sauce was just awful and the chicken tasted as if it had been reheated...microwave style.There were no seasonings in the sauce..strictly RAGU.And then the service...a young hispanic girl with ZERO personality helps us...brings the meals calls out what it is and hands to us and leaves.She checks froma distance if we are doing ok twice and then we get the check.She is dressed beyond casual.I know its a family restaurant but I do expect the help to look like the help.So after I left $40 for this pathetic attempt at italian I dont think I'm coming back.I miss the old owners...ALOT!
