My husband and decided to try this new restaurant, and I'm glad we did. From the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we were out of the door, we were treated like royalty! Our waitress was very nice and tended to our every need. The meat cutter always gave us what we asked for and the food was AMAZING! I tried a little bit of everything that was offered at the salad bar and my favorite was the mashed potatoes and the carne guisada! Another thing that I liked while eating here, was when the owner himself came up to our table and introduced himself to us. Not many owners do that, so it was a shocking that he did. He was very nice and held great conversation.
I've been to Fogo De Chao before and Salinas defenitly blows it out of the waters!
Pros: Amazing food and wonderful staff!
Cons: None!
