After reading other reviews I was a bit hesitant about going to Salinas. My girls love Fogo, so we went. I was happy to see the variety on the salad bar. The stew was wonderful and melted in your mouth. The beans we put over rice and they were good and spicy!
One of the things I liked was you could order other dishes and not get the "all-you-can-eat" Churrascaria meat, which costs less. The varity of meats they offer is commendable. The staff was very attentive and continues to bring us hot well cooked meats. I especially liked the chicken and the pepper crusted steak. The mashed potatoes were also very good.
For dessert we ordered the italian cream cake, it was heavenly and big enough to share.
We will go back to Salinas.

Cons: Bar was a bit slow. Hot in the front room.
