Businiess name:  Salinas Steakhouse & Grille

Review content:
I've been frequenting Salina's since a week or so after it opened. Prior to my first visit, I was expecting another gimmick of a steakhouse. I first visited for my wife's birthday, and ordered a couple glasses of wine. (Opted for the house chardonnay; exquisite.) We've ordered the Churrascaria when we want never-ending excellent food. My favorite part is being able to request a preferred meat. It's not a continuous cycle if you don't want it to be. We've also ordered majority of the entrees (during different visits) when we'd rather have a slower paced meal and a long conversation. A trait that is often missing from waiters is the ability to provide smooth, consistent service while simultaneously giving us privacy. Yes, there are times when I'd like to chat with my waiter to perhaps brighten their day, or make them feel that my wife and I are patrons worthy of attention. But, I attended your restaurant to eat a good meal and have a good conversation. Salina's personifies exemplary customer service and a relaxing, personal atmosphere that is all too conducive to quality time with a loved one. This is what every restaurant should strive for. Pros: Incredibly attentive staff, fresh food, a+ ambience Cons: None, really.
