Fast Water Heater Company was great! They were contracted by Home Depot to install my water heater. I already knew from a friend that I was going to have to shell out a lot of money because of changes in codes and the city's recent greediness. (They did a fairly good estimate over the phone, without seeing the particulars of my home.)
That said, Gordon was great! He actually arrived ahead of schedule, was very thorough and upfront about the upgrades that were needed and why (my old water heater was 28 years old, so a lot of codes had changed) and gave me the option to continue or back out before starting installation. He was polite, cleaned up after himself, and my dog loved him!
He gave me some good feedback on what to look for and what to watch out for in finding someone to replumb my house -- a project I've been contemplating for a few years now. I just wish he was in general plumbing, too. I'd hire him in an instant!
Oh -- I do get a $25 rebate from them for posting two reviews, but there is no requirement that they be good reviews. If I had received poor service, I would definately be telling you about it. Fortunately, I have nothing but good things to say about them!
