I was first introduced to Strata through Groupon. I wasn't expecting much since the restaurants out here are all chains but boy was I surprised! It's great to have a chef driven concept out here that knows how to do food! Now I've been there several times and the food was amazing! Their new menu is simply wow! I had the tomato Strata and my girlfriend had the empanadas. The heirloom tomatoes were sweet and the olive oil mix they had was great! My girlfriend had the seabass for her entree and I had the cinnamon ribeye. Both were melt in your mouth good! The flavors played off each other perfectly! Kudos to Strata for being able to offer what no other restaurant out here can, food that you can be proud of!
