I completely regret my decision to take my car in for some work to this place. I only came here after finding out my regular mechanic was out of town for a few weeks at my usual auto shop. My car was diagnosed with having a faulty AC compressor that needed to be changed. It was an expensive job but I had them do it because the problem could not be ignored. My wife picked up the car when it was done and everything was running smoothly again....until she noticed that the AC wasn't blowing any cold air, even on the coldest setting! She went back and complained and they just gave her the run around. Later that day when I got home I called up the place and let them have it. I told them that they fixed one problem but created another. I demanded they either fix the new problem they created or take out their new compressor and refund my money. The mechanic reluctantly agreed to fix the problem. Turns out he drained the coolant when he changed the compressor but then didn't refill it with any new coolant. He was sobbing about how he had to take the hit for the new coolant when I went and picked up the car. Sorry pal, I have no sympathy for cheaters. In the end I got what I wanted, but I will NEVER go to this place again.
