Review content:
After asking repeatedly for some kind of information, Dr Croley was cold and condescending when one of my family members finally asked outright about his brother's 'prognosis', apparently using the word improperly. Dr. Croley actually laughed out loud, repeated the word with emphasis, and then stated the "PROGNOSIS is that he will live". I pray that Dr Croley has someone more compassionate when he becomes ill.
