Review content:
The Yorktowne Hotel has long been known as THE place to stay when visiting York. It's luxury and elegance with and old world charm not found in hotels these days. The rooms are lovely and well appointed, and they offer suites. The lobby is elegant and sophisticated. Valet parking is available. There are two restaurants - the nicer of the two being the lovely Commonwealth Room. Many of the staff have been with the Yorktowne for years and years are are professionals ready and able to make your stay the best ever. The entire hotel is maintained very well and nothing is overlooked. Lovely for a romantic getaway! Prices are moderate to high.
