Gay has transformed my hair from a fine, limp mess into a fabulous, shapeful style. I remember my first cut/color with her - no one has ever been able to do to my hair what she did...and I cried some tears of joy. What I love about her is she takes the time to understand what goals you want for your hair, and lets you know what she is going to do before doing it. She is amazingly attentive, and will not let you leave her chair until you are 100% satisfied with the cut and/or color. With me, as with other clients I'm sure, she teaches how to achieve the same look on my own at home and with what products. I've never received so many compliments on my hair before, and I'm always sure to mention her name. She is truly the first hair stylist that I've come back to time and time again. I'm hooked!
Pros: Pretty much everything..
Cons: A little pricey for a poor college student...but worth every penny!!
