Review content:
Maxwell Realty is a relatively small firm that has quite a number of listings in Philadelphia. They only have a handful of agents, but I have found that the service and attitudes of each agent can vary by a wide margin. I have dealt with three of the agents in this realty. Of these three, one was absolutely horrible. She kept on giving these rude stares at me while showing a property. (In my opinion, one should not have to dress as if going to a wedding just to look for an apartment.) This agent also had the nerve to call me up and speak to me as if I was beneath her. Another agent was very polite and professional. If only she had been available... Lastly, the third agent I dealt with was okay. She was willing to answer my questions, but she wasn't exceptional. In my opinion, there are more than enough real estate agents in this city who are willing to be helpful and courteous. You don't have to be treated like dirt while looking for a property. I would not deal with this firm by choice again.
