We went here to book a cruise and they were helpful, but didn't ever call back to check and see if we were ready to go ahead with plans or what we had decided and she had said she would. We felt comfortable in the office and had a nice time discussing our options, but left feeling as though that was it. I didn't feel as comfortable as I would've liked. When you have an agent, you really want to feel as though you are their only customer even though you aren't. I didn't feel that way here. It's a good agency to book through if you know exactly what you want.
