I have been a patient of Dr Sawlani's since I was a child. Now that I have new health insurance, I am looking for a new doctor. Sawlani does not make me feel comfortable at all, and is condescending. When I was 19, I had very bad tonsilitis. I had a 101 fever and was extremely sick. He sat there and explained my bill to me like I was an idiot. But I had never gotten a bill sent to my house and no one from his office told me I owed a balance, I thought my insurance had taken care of it. I was too sick to get angry at the time. Since then, I've dreaded going to the doctor. I've had tonsilitis a few times after that, and I just waited it out and gargled salt water.
