I live in MA - my parents in FL - My 82 year old dad brought my bike to Ryan and asked him to pack and ship it to me - Paid cash up front $40 to Pack and ~ $65 to ship - Said he would ship on 5/25 and I would receive it 5/27 on 5/28 no bike - Dad called on Sat 5/29 and was told the owner would be back on Tues after the Holiday - I started calling on Tuesday - voice mail is full - finally on Wed got thru and asked for the tracking number - it is a bogus number and with UPS' help am told there is nothing in their system coming to my address. I have tried at least 20 times per day to reach them. I went on their website and sent in an email from there - no reply and the Voice mail is still full every time I call- I even called the catering business in the same mall and he was wonderful - I gave him my work number and my cell number and he said he would bring it over to the bike shop - As of right now 11:37 am on Friday June 4th - 11 days after the bike was suppose to ship - I have no return call - no bike - I'm out $100 and my 82 year old Dad is very upset and feels like he was scammed. I read the other review and can't believe they are still in business. What type of company in this day in age can afford not to answer their phone? I tried to give them Zero stars for a rating but this website does not allow that - so they get 1 very undeserving star. If anyone reads this and can get hold of them for me I would greatly appreciate it - I would like to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves - just tell him it was the Mongoose bike - he'll know which one it is!!! db - in Massachusetts
