Review content:
I love the beer selection at Ps&Qs, although we were left disappointed this week. First of all, they had two different beers on their seasonal menu, and I like to try those out first. Turns out, two of them were the exact same beer. Why it was on the board twice, our waitress couldn't answer.
Second, we went in there because when we called they said that happy hour was $3 pints and 1/2 price appies, but the seasonal pints were $3.22 (not a big deal) and their appies were NOT half price. We ordered a $7 appy that should have been $3.50, but it was $4.99, and a second that was the same. When we asked our waitress if appies were half price, she said they were, but when we pointed out the discrepancy, she said it was "close enough" and took our credit card and walked away.
TOTALLY poor customer service, and that's aside from the forty five minutes our dirty dishes sat on our table and the twenty minutes it took to even order a drink to begin with.
So if you're looking for a good happy hour deal, go to Brewery City Pizza or Firecreek or something, not here. The deals aren't half as good as they say they are. If you're just looking for a good beer selection, go to the mall location and get twice the beer on tap, for half the attitude.
