Review content:
When our AC conked out on us, this is the second place we had to look to find the right parts. But they looked up what we needed on the computer and got it right to us. The first piece didn't work exactly so we exchanged it with no hassles. The help was courteous and had my husband not been there to install the part I think they probably would have done it for me. We also had a nice printed receipt to keep in case there was some problem with the parts.
