I've had to go through a few places in the yellow book for sub zero refrigerator repair, before I landed on this company. it seemed like they've been around for a while, and their website really put me at ease. I called them in the morning, scared of my food spoiling if I waited a day longer. they had a tech out that afternoon. English wasn't his first language, but it was enough to communicate what had to be done. the part had to be ordered, but it was affordable, even if i had to wait a few days.I'd recommend them to anyone with a broken sub zero!
