The world would be a better place if everyone ran there business as you do. I don’t know which is better your staff or the quality of the work. Your advisor Craig was very professional and has an endless knowledge base for Honda problems and repairs.
My old 94 Accord is finally running like a champ again. The other shops were incompetent and always looking to take advantage of someone with an older vehicle with a lot of miles. I followed Craig’s advice, and needless to say, spent half the cost, eliminated unnecessary work and finally got it’s running like new again. I wish I knew about your shop earlier.
Westlake Independent demonstrated a reputation for high customer care and satisfaction. The knowledge, honesty, fairness and ability to accurately diagnose a problem carry a lot of weight in my book.
I will definitely be referring other Honda folks to your shop.
