Good: The boards are a little smoother than United's. Bad: The rude manager who didn't tell us to slow down yet got his three guards to cut us off over and over. I'm not sure why, as I purposefully went slow so I didn't hit into any kids! Their food stinks, their arcade games are limited and out-of-date, their rink size and shape stinks and has no practice area for beginners, staff rude and unpleasant.. Improvements: Get rid of their owner/manager and put someone in that wants to make the place successful, not just a birthday party factory.. Other: Also, make sure the new owner isn't passive-aggressive and rude, and actually bothers to ask us to skate slow before being a jerk. Frankly I think the understanding was that he wanted us to skate past his guards so he'd have a reason to kick us out without warning. Well, you have that right, sir, but I also have the right to smear your business left and right and cut into your bottom line. I hope you're happy..
