As a Utah native, the last place I want to vacation is often...Utah. We camped and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. In the campground, there was green grass, clean restrooms, ample space, warm "home quality" shower facilities, friendly people, picnic tables, and a fantastic water park. The camping park was full to capacity and the stay was comfortable. There is a free pool which we spent a few cold hours in the first afternoon (bag that! BRRR!) The water park is nice though. A themed lazy river is a nice hang out. The center allows a great spot for parents/non-swimmer to sit and talk or read while family floats.. around. The part was packed so it was a little tricky to get a few tubes. The river erupts into a theme of music and effects and I was very entertained along with our kids. Southward, The river-rapid tube ride was outstanding. Our five year old, us parents, and even the grandparents spent hours on it! To the west, there is a well-designed kid pool where many water toys, smaller-scale slides are to be discovered. The slides are padded for safety and the guards were unusually alert and helpful to maintain safety! My favorite was a large pirate ship that my 5 year old daughter had a ball discovering. In the evening we used the batting cages, barbacue area, and there is a noteworthy play ground for smaller children to crawl though. The teens and adults loved the trampolines and batting cages. The miniature golf was a huge hit for the non-swimmers as well as the icecream shop! Don't pass up the water slides on the west side. One can appreicate the heart stopping speed with those and riders sit on a thin neoprinish pad so swimwear doesn't get ripped up. I placed a few pads side ways and then another lenghwise to make a T or H shape. My youngest (age 2) sat with me. We laughed a lot on the ride and I got time to talk with her in line. There is wifi in a few spots at the resort where I uploaded my daily catch of pictures. Outstanding!!!
