Review content:
The servers are very rude, the ice cream isn't that good and one time when we went there they had no restroom for my young son to use. Why would an ice cream parlor not have a restroom for the use of its customers? Also, when we left my daughter slipped and fell hard down the stairs (they were cracked and unstable) and the staff didn't even check on her to make sure she was ok, though she was crying loudly. We have never been back and that was about 3 years ago. We go to Valpo Velvet where the people are much friendlier, there's a restroom and no stairs in need of repair.
