Your review Is there a zero star option? They don't even deserve a single star? - ? - Today For one, all their cruises (to my knowledge go out on Sat or Sun but their Guest Relations office is only open Mon - Fri) So if you have a problem at the day of the cruise, you are screwed. I have received horrible customer service from their Guest Services Department as well as their President and COO Roberto Martinoli's office. My husband had booked our honeymoon cruise during the thanksgiving week. He’s in the Militart Intelligence and he got called into work the day of the cruise after there were bomb blasts in India. He was eventually relieved and we grabbed the first flight out to Miami. In this rush, we forgot our passports. When we got to the NCL cruise terminal, the people behind the counter were ignorantly nice. We were informed that if we can get a faxed or scanned copy of our passports, those will do. By the time, we got our family to go to our house and scan and email the passport copies, the cruise doors were closed. The customer service rep was very sweet and said that there was another cruise going out on Sunday and that they can get us on that one the next day. So, when we got to the terminal on Sunday, due to some technical errors at their end we were unable to board. They assured us that when the Guest Relations Department opens on Monday, they will take care of booking us on another trip. So we came back gome very hopeful and content. Little did we know that Guest Relations was going to be rude and point blank and say that this was your responsibility and there's nothing we can do for you. I do realize that it was our fault to have left our documentation behind but the reps behind the cruise counter lied and said oh yeah they should be able to put you on another cruise - no problem. After about a year of literally harassing people, they said we will give you $250 credit towards a future cruise - are you kidding?
