I booked an appt last minute. The staff was very nice. The office person took her time while I shuffled thru pics to choose for printing. Never felt rushed.
Less than a week later my disc was stolen among other things. I called the office and they had another disc printed for me and ready for me to pick up.
Always pleasant when I called.
