I am having problems getting them to correct a mistake They made. I have been there 4 times in 6 months, to no avail. They don't 'stand' behind their work. Andy blows it off while cursing the IRS. In the meantime, I just found out I am being audited for their mistake and it is going to cost me dearly! I am sorry I went there and apologize to anyone I sent there. I just found out they are being investigated by the IRS, from the people I had to take my taxes to so I could get straightened out. She says if your refund sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. I trusted them to take care of business for me and that was a mistake I will pay dearly for. Since the first of the year, 3 people that I know that went there have been audited.
