Review content:
His marketing brochures make him seem top notch, but his actual work on my mouth didn’t impress me one bit. After rubbing his latex-gloved finger over a rough spot in my mouth, he said it didn’t need anything done to it. When I objected, he reluctantly “filed” the spot down, but even after I told him I couldn’t tell the difference, he said I would get used to it. I didn’t. When I found my new dentist, the first thing he did was to tell me I needed to file that same spot down. He did what Dr. Hardy didn’t, and now I can hardly tell the spot is there. Dr. Hardy also didn’t spend a lot of time with me. His dental assistant seemed to make all the calls, and Dr. Hardy simply came in for a quick look around. His quick look around made me do a quick look around for another dentist--even though I have to drive into Wake Forest for him.
