With about 1700 sq feet of grass in the front yard that was a real waterhog and labor intensive, I decided I needed a landscape conversion. I wanted something relatively simple yet attractive. After researching the SNWA website I came up with several possible contractors to contact. Sunrise Tree and Landscape was the first. Jim Falcone worked me up a proposal and after comparing his to several others - and pricing it as a do-it-urself project - I decided Jim Falcone of Sunrise Tree was my best bet. He took the job. Jim provided me with the SNWA application package, assisted me in filling it out, and he submitted digital pictures with the application to SNWA. We got the approval from SNWA. Jim was always on schedule and when he and his right-hand man "Gus" got going, the job was accomplished right and right on time. Throughout the job Jim kept me informed and up to speed on the details. No surprises. SNWA sent out their inspector when the job was done and the job passed final inspection with no problems. I received my rebate one week after final inspection. I highly recommend Sunrise Tree and Landscape if you have a lawn conversion in mind. I was very pleased with their performance. 5 STARS
