I wrote the "terrible customer service" review on citysearch, which has since been removed. After further communication with Dr. Cohen, the situation was determined to be an unfortunate misunderstanding. Dr. Cohen has handled this matter professionally, and I have no reservations regarding his skills as a dentist.
I have attempted to have it removed, and the original citysearch review has since been removed, but Judy's Book will not allow it to be edited or removed. I will continue to contact Judy's List and attempt to have this review removed.
