So I call a day early to schedule an appointment just to be on the safe side. I should have got the hint when they kept putting me on hold and then talk to someone else every time to check if they carried the right equipment for my car. So I showed up to my 130 appointment a little early hoping to get in sooner. No one seemed to be working in the installation area that day. When I asked if and when anyone was coming to work that day I got a "dunno, maybe at 2 if someone shows up" from the guy running the audio section. To add onto everything else, the retard in the audio department said he saw my name, number, and appointment time when he got into work but he was confused if he should call me and give me a heads up that no one was working that day and my appointment was canceled. I have shopped Best Buy multiple times before, but that was really ridiculous and they have lost any further business from me. Terrible service.
