Id like to commend Stephens Honda for making this purchase such a pleasant experience. In particular, I want to single out Lance Easley. Mr. Easley was friendly and helpful, but also laid-back and never badgered me (unlike some other car salespeople I've encountered). I also felt that he gave me a fair deal and helped give me a good deal for my trade-in. My father, who came with me to buy the car, has purchased a dozen cars in his life, and he was highly impressed with Mr. Easley. In fact, my father said that if he ever bought a Honda, he would come back to Stephens Honda--even though he lives in North Carolina.The manager, Derek, was also friendly and time-efficient. I had a very positive experience at Stephens Honda.
