Review content:
I have taken quite a few cooking classes at Dish It Up and they are always excellent and well worth it. The gourmet equipped kitchen is set up within the store and what is nice about these cooking classes is that you get to enjoy the food that is prepared afterwards with wine. The food is served on real dishes with glassware and silverware. It's almost like eating in a restaurant. I love to cook and I am always pleasantly surprised of the cooking tips that I learn from the chefs. You also get a 10% discount in the store so you can shop before or after the class for all those nifty gadgets or things you want. I just took a pasta class with Chef Jordi of the highly rated Cafe Lago. I was excited that the home made fresh egg pasta recipe that we did in class came out perfect using my KitchenAid pasta attachment. The Tagliatellli with Tuscan Sugi di Carne that I made was yummy. I can't wait to make the roasted butternut squash ravioli and Sugo di Pomodoro con Panna (Tomato cream and vodka sauce) that was also taught in the class. I highly recommend these cooking classes. Pros: Excellent facility and instructors, food, wine, easy parking Cons: Nothing
