This is Gary Shara, San Jose business attorney and host of the cable TV program "Minding Your Business". The heater in my mother's house went out during a cold stretch last winter. We called Valley Heating and Cooling. Cindy Faulkner of Valley Heating and Cooling immediately sent a technician out to assess the problem and deliver space heaters to keep her warm before installing a new furnace. The service was excellent! My mother thought that the Valley Heating and Cooling technician was "such a nice young man, very kind and pleasant". Thank you, Cindy and Valley Heating & Cooling. My family was very pleased with the service received from Valley Heating and Cooling and with the cleanup afterwards. Everything was left neat, clean and tidy.
