Good: Their receptionist was wonderful and a good part of the reason why I decided to go with them.. Bad: Technician was very nice. However, he missed the fact that our chimney was separating from the house and needed to be rebuilt. This is something that can be seen from the ground. Also, called back and spoke to their Manager who said a Senior Tech would come out to inspect. Never heard from them again. I guess the chimney business is so good that they don't need to follow up on their leads.. Improvements: Send someone qualified enough to actually inspect a chimney!.
