Worst costumer service we have ever received. The lady running the place put one of my guys in with her maintenance worker and still charged us full price for the room. She refused to discount it. She kept saying how good of a deal it was. My guy didn?t even know the person he was sharing the room with. How professional is that. More over, I called countless times to set up reservations and every time she would tell me to call back at a later time. Now it might just be me but I don?t believe this is how you run a successful business. When I?m trying to send business her way and she tells me to call back at 9:00 pm and its 10:00 am now. That?s not right. Then to put a complete stranger in the room with one of my guys and charge me full price. No Way!
I do NOT recommend staying her at all!
