Review content:
Last time I took my car to get an oil change here, I had to wait in a line an hour when picking up my car only to be told the service representative would not check me out because a different service manager checked me in. I also was treated to an irate woman screaming because you lost her keys and didn't bother to tell her. Last week, I made an appointment to bring my car in for Subaru's voluntary recall of the fuel valve/line on my WRX. When I arrived this morning, I was told they would not due the work because there was too much gas in the tank. When the appointment was made the service department didn't bother to mention the car had to be empty to have work done on it. I drove the car all week and could have brought it empty. When my wife called yesterday to confirm the appointment they could have told her the car had to be low on gas. Because the service department couldn't be bothered to communicate out-of-the-ordinary requirements, I had to drag my infant out in sub-freezing weather and waste an hour of my time, an hour of my wife's time and 16 miles worth of gas caravaning round trip in two cars only to be summarily dismissed.
I hate this dealer.
