This is a very busy location with a wide range of people from regular joes all the way to plumbers buying hard to find parts here. Prices and behaviors may not be what you're used to at the bargain basement/mass quantity stores like Lowe's or Home Depot, but they stock more, specialize more, and are open more hours than other private plumbing supply stores. As a small business and being swamped all the time, you can't fault them for being less than patient with consumers who ask completely wrong or off the wall questions. If you're using the internet, research first, and while the prices aren't too high, they aren't too low, it's quite fair if you need a part and you need it NOW. Weekends are a nutty affair to try and get help, but they try and do what they can. The ease of hours/days is great. Older showroom, but we're there to buy parts, not sip coffee and mingle.
