The initial experience was certainly an eye opener to just how "backwards" the law and the entire associated processes can be, especially for those who fall in the situation where they are under the legal blood alcohol limit as set be the state/DMV, as I did. Unfair situations like the one I was in, really justify the use of a professional for the best outcome. For our initial phone call until the entire process was "complete" I have to commend you on your great service. I was not looking to retain the actor/attorney advertising on TV late at night and pay for their advertising space. I was looking for someone who was first class as far as honesty, knowledgeable, and who would provide "start to finish" service. You exceeded my expectations all the way through.
