Review content:
While the hospital labor and delivery process was wonderful, the billing department is so problemmatic, it actually has me wanting to avoid the hospital altogether. Their bill was wrong (in-network discounts not applied), it took them two years to contact me about a supposed patient responsibility, which was wrong, they give no information to help you resolve any billing disputes with them, and their tactic is pretty much to have rude people call incessantly threatening collections, until they exhaust you into submission. All this, when it turned out that I owed them nothing and they were paid in substantial excess by the insurance company. Their billing department staff were truly a nightmare to deal with. Be forewarned.
