Review content:
While the service was professional and timely, the pricing was ridiculous. I was charged $75 for a service call 5 blocks from their location. I had an appointment at 10:00 and the technician left by 10:15. While I was thrilled with how quick and easy the help was, I was charged $60 in labor. Without ever receiving a price quote up front, these numbers are ridiculous.
