I've come here twice and have been fully satisfied with the results. The first time I came here was shortly after I adopted my dog, who had developed a sinus infection. After stupid City Paws failed to catch it, she got worse, and I decided to take her to Friendship as emergency. I brought a variety of magazines and such to keep me occupied, as I figured I'd be spending a couple hours there. I barely touched them. I was in and out in 35 minutes! I was amazed. Dr. Covert was incredibly friendly and explained everything well. The staff was professional and courteous. The second time I came here, my dog was having some stomach issues. I was fearing I'd have to bring her in as an emergency again, but when I called in the morning, I was told they had an appointment that afternoon. I arrived slightly late for my appointment, but was still kindly greeted and quickly seen by Dr. Marke. She was incredibly friendly and explained all of the treatment options, their possible effectiveness, and cost. She answered all of my questions, and we agreed on treatment. Thankfully, a few days later my dog was back to normal. I'm now a loyal Friendship customer. My only issue is that it's not close to my house, so I have to commandeer a vehicle to get there.
