Leaves a lot to be desired.
I have not personally used them but was at a wedding where they were the caterer. They arrived late...brought the food in stainless steel subs which they served from. The meat trays were warm...the bred dried out. Set threw packets of condiments on the table. The salad which they told the bride was to have been made with fresh fruit was very much from a can. Staff a female and male entered the church with baseball caps on...they served in street clothes. shorts mind you and did not remove their caps. All in all it was YUCKY!!!!
