Roto-Rooter, Clintonville, was very helpful and super quick to respond to our plumbing emergency on a busy holiday being Thanksgiving Day. Cooking was being performed, sinks being used to create the holiday dinner, washing in the laundry and dishes along w/ all the bathrooms being used created a huge stress on our plumbing causing it to back up and flood the basement area putting a halt to the preparations of the holiday dinner. We called Roto-Rooter and they responded very quickly and were at our house within 30 minutes. Mike, their service technician, was professional, courteous and efficient in getting the problem figured out and resolved. He was able to get us back on schedule for the holiday dinner, because of his professional abilities, knowledge and promptness. ABC Channel 6 News, also appeared in the middle of the job as Mike was fixing our plumbing and interviewed myself & Mike about "Holiday Emergencies - the Do's & Don'ts for preventing plumbing problems". Mike was very gracious and did a tremendous job in "PR" not only for Roto-Rooter, but also for me and like customers in not making us look or feel bad about our situation. I cannot say enough about Mike and his professional representation of his company - he is a definite asset to Roto-Rooter. We thank you for his and Roto-Rooters quick response and service. I would use your services again in the future and recommend your company to others.
