Good: Friendly fitness employees and staff memebers. Great group class instructors.. Bad: Management treats their employees in an unprofessional manner. I once overheard the owner speaking negatively and disrespectfully to an employee when it was not called for and in front of members. I also do not like that the managament is not that friendly to members and they don't sincerely listen to their member's or employee's interests and concerns for improving the club's environment and equipment. They routinely try to fix equipment when it is clearly worn out and needs replacing.. Improvements: New equipment, quality management, professional staff and employees.. Other: Overall I would rate this club too expensive for the quality of service it provides. Other gyms in the area have better equipment and better facility amenities. Pensacourt doesn't have the cleanliness that other gyms provide. For the price we should be seeing updates made often. However, some staff members are very sincere and there is great customer service on their behalf. I think management should look to their employees for examples of how to treat others..
