I trusted this store with my memory card from my digital camera to have my photos printed. I had 220 photos from my vacation to Florida with my children on it. When I returned to pick up my photos my entire card was wiped clean. All the pictures from Disney, Universal and Sea World - all gone. I can never get these photos back. The store did nothing for me. Since the memory card that I had given to them did not even work in my camera anymore - they did replace it. WHAT ABOUT THE FAMILY VACATION PHOTOS THAT I CAN NEVER REPLACE??????? I would never recommend this store to anyone. I personally will take my business elsewhere from now on. And where is the ability to contact someone higher up in this chain to complain- I have made many phone calls - to no avail. Who is going to recover my photos??? Who is going to compensate me for my loss???
