I bought an '09 Jetta recently and love the car.But the first time I went on the highway I noticed alot of vibration and the RR wheel was out of balance.I took it in and they balanced all the wheels,but then was told the vibration was from the tire pressure being 48 lbs! Come to find out the guy who was doing PDI's lied about his experience.Of course they corrected the pressure too,and they said the guy responsible no longer worked there. Now my RR window wont automatically roll up so I have to take it back for that.I'm hoping,after reading the other reviews,that I can have another dealer do the warranty work on that. These kinds of things happen everywhere,but when it happens to you I understand the frustration.
