Review content:
Repair work done was fine.
But--
Brought care in, for check engine light on. I advised them I could bring it in any time. Said they could look at it that day if I could leave it. Managed to make arrangements for a ride home, and left the car.
Several days went by, car was not looked at and received no calls. On day 3 got a call with estimate.
Took several days to make small repair and was told "we are very busy" after they had my car in their garage.
The car required a return visit after putting 200 miles on it so it could be reinspected.
Made an appointment for a week later for a day and time to bring the car back. Called them that morning to confirm I would be bringing it in at 1 pm.
Did not honor a second appointment for reinspection-Brought car in and was told "oh, I should have called you, we can't do it today, can you bring it back tomorrow"
Let me waste my time driving there. I won't go back there and cannot recommend. There are too many repair places and dealers that are eager for year-round business.
Shell gets very busy due to summer LBI business.
