As most dealers, you will have genuine parts in which costs are premium. We brought in one of our Hondas for a recall.
They treated the recall problem just as if we were paying for the work. That was refreshing because you didn't get the feeling that a recall problem would be left for last. In fact, it was ready when they said it would be. Also offers a clean lounge and courtesy van if you don't have a friend that can drive you home. Very polite people at the desk. Also they use covers on drivers seat and steering wheel so no work grease gets on you.
PROS: Pleasant and Clean
